Overview
Abu Dabab is one of the most famous diving sites in the Red Sea and in all of Egypt. It is one of the few places in the world where you can dive with the very rare and endangered dugongs. This dive site also features friendly giant green sea turtles that you can swim up close and personal with. in shallow water, there are colorful coral reefs, countless beautiful fish, a small shipwreck and a swimming valley with underwater caves. You can just wade into the main bay and explore the reef right from the shore which makes it equally suitable for swimmers and divers of all skill levels.
